7 Challenge for glowing skin tips (Oily Skin)

Cleansing / Steaming / Exfoliating / Face Mask

1.     Cleanser: (for dry skin)

Below are mentioned some effective natural ingredients that deeply clean the skin. Mix them and store them to wash your face twice a day.

A cleanser for dry skin:

  • Gram flour/ chick pea flour (4 tablespoons)
  • Flaxseed powder (2 tablespoons)
  • Sandalwood powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Turmeric (½ teaspoon)
  • Mix them.
  • Store in an air tight jar/box.
  • This can last well for 4-5 months.
  • Keep it away from sunlight and moisture.
  • To use, take small amount of this face wash powder mix with water to make a paste.

  • Rub with your wet fingers.

2.     Steaming: (for dry skin)

  • Carrot chopped (half cup)
