1. How To Make Beetroot Powder
- Wash the beetroot and peel them properly.
- Grate them with the help of a grater.
- Spread them in a tray.
- Cover with a thin cloth to avoid direct exposure to sunlight and prevent the grated beetroot from dust and dirt.
- Let it dry. To let them dry properly, change the positions of the grated slices. Don’t let the moisture stay there as it can spoil the whole grinding process. So just check before grinding. It shouldn’t bend, it should be easy to break into two pieces.
- It took 3-4 days to completely dry.
- Once it dries completely, use a grinder to grind them into a powder.
- Make a fine powder of beetroot.
- To make a fine powder, sieve the powder and again grind them to get a fine powder.
How to store beetroot powder?
Store the powder in an air-tight jar.
Keep the container in a dark place.

Ingredients of beetroot soap:
- Beetroot powder (2 tablespoons)
- Licorice powder (1 tablespoon)
- Aloe vera gel (3 tablespoons)
- Sweet almond oil (1 teaspoon)
- Wild turmeric (½ teaspoon)
- Rice powder (1 tablespoon)
- Tea tree oil (optional, use for acne-prone skin)
- Soap base (400 gm) or pears soap or an oil-free soap only.
- Licorice is one of the best natural whitening agents and also helps to remove dead skin cells. But if you find trouble in finding licorice powder you can use lemon peel powder.
- If you are suffering from dark spots, add lemon juice 1 tablespoon. (Not for sensitive skin)
For normal oily skin, add a few drops of vitamin e oil as it is good for the skin but it can trigger excessive oily skin.
