Ingredients of beetroot soap: (For Dry skin)
- Beetroot powder (2 tablespoons)
- Licorice powder (1 tablespoon)
- Aloe vera gel (3 tablespoons)
- Sweet almond oil (1 tablespoon)
- Wild turmeric (½ teaspoon)
- Vitamin e oil (1 tablespoon)
- Soap base (400 gm) or any soap for moisturizing skin. (You can use dove soap)
- Licorice is one of the best natural whitening agents and also helps to remove dead skin cells. But if you find trouble in finding licorice powder you can use orange peel powder.
- If you are suffering from dark spots, add lemon juice 1 tablespoon. (Not for sensitive skin)
For extra dry skin, increase the quantity of oil in your pour and melt soap or you can use the following ingredients to moisturize your skin. These ingredients are only for dry, rough flaked skin.
- Coconut oil
- Rosehip oil
- Shea butter
- Coconut powder
How to make pour and melt soap
- Take a bowl, and add all the dry ingredients.
- Mix all the powders and add almond oil, vitamin e oil, and aloe vera gel.
- Mix well.
- Grate soap base with the help of the grater.
- In a double boiler, melt the soap base in a medium to low flame.
- Keep stirring.
- Once it melts, turn off the flame.
- Add the mixture.
- Mix properly.
- Grease the soap mold with glycerin or any oil of a few drops only.
- Place the soap mixture in a soap mold.

How to store
This is melt and pours soap, it can easily last well for 6 weeks. If you use fresh aloe vera gel in this soap, then keep the soap in the refrigerator.
Make sure the soap does not reach the extremely hot weather. In extremely hot weather, keep the soap in a refrigerator or fridge.
This soap is free of preservatives as it does not contain such ingredients that need any preservatives.
If you add fresh vegetables or fruit, then you should use preservatives.
I never add preservatives I prefer to prepare a small number of products instead of adding preservatives and storing them in a refrigerator.
